At Cove Park, I chose to attend to the small, to comment on a fragment of energy waste amidst the overwhelming size of issue that we were grappling with. Every five to ten minutes over a two hour period, I photographed a flagrant light, one of several that lined a path. somehow left on during the day. I remained in that space until dusk, thinking of it as ‘the Wastetime’, when the earlier needless energy emission became pointed.
